Say hello to the newest member of our burger brigade: Phillip The Fish. A succulent hake fillet coated in vibrant pesto crumb, tucked into a brioche bun with peppery rocket and silky aioli. Going gluten-free? We’ve got you covered with a breadcrumb-free fillet and GF bun. Give Phillip a whirl and let us know if he should stay on the menu!
