Pizza at Larry’s has never been shy. We love the classics, but we also love permitting you to go just a little overboard, and this week, we have created something that takes that idea and runs with it in the most unapologetic way possible.

We are calling it Dirty Up Your Pizza. It is a simple idea that turns your usual order into something that drips with flavour, texture and personality by adding a finishing sauce at the end, right before it leaves the pass and lands in your hands.

Here is how it works. You build your pizza as normal, starting with your base size, so choose between an eight-inch personal feast or a 12-inch sharer, then decide whether you want a regular base, a gluten-free base or a vegan base so the whole table stays happy.

Next comes the foundation of flavour. Pick your base sauce from tomato, garlic or barbecue, then pile on up to six toppings so you can keep it simple or create something that belongs only to you and nobody else.

Once you have chosen your toppings, we give your pizza a generous dusting of mozzarella and cheddar. This mix melts into all the gaps, wraps around the toppings and sets you up for that perfect pull when you lift the first slice and all the cheese decides to show off in front of your friends.
